1. If Payment has not been made on or before Due date we hold all the authorities to send your details to Debt Collector and suspend all your services without any further notice.
2. Payment Made to our account is non- Refundable and at any times after taking the project and starting it client can not ask us for refund.
3. However client can ask for refund if nothing has been started at all. Which means no domain name, hosting being bought or demo has been started at all. If we have already started working on your project then we are not liable to refund client.
4. Refund can only be made within 3 days of accepting the project ( if condition 3 satisfy ) After 3 days no refund is applicable.
5. If at any stage client changes his mind or he no longer needs our services. He is liable to pay us for the number of hours we have worked for him.
